Job Summary:
Provides technical support to end-users for PC, server, hardware, or software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with supplier/service provider.
- Monitors asset inventory.
- Verifies back up, daily check list, account maintenance.
- Performs Tape rotation-back up tapes.
- Participates in and/or leads site specific small projects.
- Mentors level I employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
- network+ more certification or equivalent.
- Project team member/PMO requirements.
- Leadership/mentoring.
- In depth knowledge of iQor baseline apps, A+ more and network+ more.
- iQor processes (CMR, etc..)
- Escalation procedures.
Education Requirements:
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
