Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Lead the product team and oversee product development processes
• Create product vision and mission
• Create product roadmaps, define product requirements, and prioritize feature development
• Assist in designing and developing company products
• Lead the decision-making process regarding product features, pricing, and product strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives
• Build product contact list and oversees product visibility
• Organize and manage collaboration with Stakeholders and Sponsors on product level
• Create and manage continuous feedback loops
• Align stakeholders around the vision for the product
• Gather and analyze market researches and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Coordinate the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products
• Support product marketing activities, including creating product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance user experience
• Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to align product strategies with overall business objectives
• Assist in training and mentoring product team members
• Handle any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the product leadership team
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills Requirements:
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in business, computer science or other related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
