Provides support and maintenance of iQor's product solutions, which includes responding to end user inquiries, transactional support and system administration and support of system data integrity. Works with users to gather small to medium size requirements and collects feedback for system enhancements along with analyzing user metrics and behaviors. Supports writing test scripts, performs testing and QA of new product launches.

Job Summary:

Provides support and maintenance of iQor's product solutions, which includes responding to end user inquiries, transactional support and system administration and support of system data integrity. Works with users to gather small to medium size requirements and collects feedback for system enhancements along with analyzing user metrics and behaviors. Supports writing test scripts, performs testing and QA of new product launches. 


Responsibilities:

• Responds and provides support to Product inquires, including Support tickets. Assists with answering Managers and Employees questions around Product Systems.

• Gathers requirements and collaborates with functional and technical staff to document requested system changes or upgrades.

• Create test cases and documents results for systems changes, or interfaces.

• Researches, analyzes and maintains information on Product systems

• Conducts audits to ensure data integrity.

• Work with various support teams and leaders to conduct and implement system enhancements

• Perform periodic audits of systems to ensure system credibility and data integrity. Perform data analysis

• Assist with project request initiatives, including development of project plans, communications, and status updates.

• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Skills Requirements:

  • One or more years of data management or a combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration at management’s discretion. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Data Sort, Pivot Table.
  • Previous exposure to technical project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of business solutions including processes and procedures.
  • Experience analyzing and extracting data from various systems.
  • Ability to extract and manipulate data and present findings to non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Focuses on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, understand user needs, and offer suggestions to improve their requests. Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality.
  • Proficient Reading, Writing and Speaking English.
  • Must be able to work US EST hours.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in business, computer science or other related field preferred.


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
