Job Summary:
Determines and pays the exact amount of Payroll. Performs analysis of accounts relative to the payroll area, as well as the different metrics of the area.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the iQor employees savings fund as well as elaborates the different reports related to Payroll.
- Prepares and analyzes metrics for the Payroll area.
- Analyzes accounts related to the Payroll area and determines the taxes that derive from the same.
- Calculates the amount for Infonavit (Housing Benefit) and pays on account in a correct and timely manner.
- Calculates the ISN (Payroll Tax) in a correct and timely manner.
- Enters Payroll information into SAP or local HRIS.
- Reconciles the iQor Employee Stock Purchase Plan report and submits to Corporate
- Determines and processes final payments for terminated employees. Processes child support payments, pensions, profit sharing.
- Answers employee questions and resolves issues pertaining to Payroll.
- Makes banking reconciliations for the Payroll area.
- May performs any of the following: coordinates IMSS and Infonavit audits annually; reviews the Daily Integrated Salary on a bi-monthly basis; completes the Fonacot form and submit payment; makes reports to INEGI; coordinate with the food coupon supplier.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
