Position Overview

JumpCrew is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Director to join our growing team at our Nashville, TN headquarters. This role is essential in driving the performance of our sales teams. This is a great opportunity for a goal driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Account Managers to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for lead generation, sales sequencing, and pipeline management.
  • Set clear targets and goals, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Drive consultative selling practices to enhance client relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to optimize sales processes and client outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the sales organization.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve team effectiveness and meet growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a leadership role managing diverse inside sales teams.
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar outsourced sales and marketing services is a plus.
  • Prior inside sales experience, lead generation, sales pipeline management, and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer-centric sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team while holding them accountable to performance goals.

What you'll do

  • • Provide strategic leadership for the product area within organization
  • • Define the product area vision and mission
  • • Define the product area roadmaps, define the product area requirements, and prioritize feature development
  • • Ensure that the products area goals align with the overall business goals and company strategy
  • • Share the product area vision and strategy with diverse stakeholders, regularly report on development progress, and keep stakeholders informed of the product organization's strategy
  • • Set appropriate metrics for the product solution area, in conjunction with iQor leadership and other executive project sponsors.
  • • Directly manage work stream leads, both technical and business, to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • • Responsible for commitments to quality products and timely delivery that meets expectations of cross-functional customers and executive sponsors.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful execution of the product area initiatives
  • • Conduct research activities to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors to guide product development
  • • Foster a culture of innovation, analyze the market and competition, and introduce emerging technologies and robust capabilities to the products suite
  • • Maintain a personal and team focus on activities that drive business value generation.
  • • Stays informed about industry trends, research findings, and evaluation methods
  • • Comply and follow all procedures within the company policy
  • • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills Requirements

  • Eight (8) or more years of experience in area of product development or product/project management.
  • At least five (5) years of team management experience.
  • At least five (5) years of executive client-facing experience (internal or external).
  • A solid understanding of technology and industry trends within the product area.
  • Knowledge and experience in the complete process of creating a product from concept to release.
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with teams and present product information effectively.
  • Innovatively thinking to contribute to product development and improvement.
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find practical solutions in product development and management.
  • Proficient Reading, Writing and Speaking English.
  • Must be able to work US EST hours.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in business, computer science or other related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
