Job Summary:

Impacts the company’s success by developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that will results in substantial revenue growth for the organization, and continues to build equity in the company’s brand. This role will be responsible for providing advice and counsel to senior executives and business leaders regarding complex Marketing issues and partner with other Marketing leadership to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing initiatives that support the company’s business strategies and attainment of business goals.?? This individual must be able to successfully lead and influence in a rapidly changing, complex business environment with significant multi-national employee population.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aspects of the Communications function enterprise wide globally.
  • Develops and executes a strategic marketing plan that results in substantial revenue growth for the organization, and continues to build equity in the company's brand.
  • Partners with Sales to drive effective prospecting through vertical and role specific sales enablement campaigns.
  • Implements and executes a robust demand generation and lead nurturing engine, resulting in qualified leads and opportunities that translate to top-line revenue growth.
  • Owns and maintains the annual marketing plan and budget.
  • Oversees and directs market research, competitor analyses and retention monitoring processes and initiative.
  • Builds, develops and manages marketing team capable of carrying out needed marketing and service strategies.
  • Writes/edits press releases, case studies, articles and contribute to content creation and repurposing of content when needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills Requirements:

  • 12 or more years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in Marketing. 10 or more years of experience in a global business or Marketing capacity required. Experience within electronic manufacturing services is a plus. 


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field preferred. Master's Degree or CPA preferred.


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
